Challenge
Corporate employee transport ran on fixed routes that didn't flex with demand. Half-empty shuttles ran while employees still hailed taxis on the same days.
Approach
Two separate mobile apps for riders and drivers, a backend that optimized routes from a demand forecast, and a web dashboard for company IT admins. We started with three pilot companies and added a new city roughly every month.
Result
Transport cost at pilot companies dropped by 30% and employee satisfaction rose from 3.2 to 4.5. The product runs today in 50+ cities at over 200 companies.
